Ekermanska malmgården

In the 18th century Ekermans farm was one of the big farms owned by nobles and merchants lying in Stockholm. This is what’s left of the farm today. It did have a huge garden once, but it was pulled down when the railroad was built in front of the house. You can read more about the farm (Swedish) here

    Oh, me like! Very nice picture and lovely colours! The beautiful contrasts in the colours is just because of the rain, sunshine is not always the best weather;)

    I’m glad you like the picture :-) .

    No, bright sunshine is not the optimal lightning source taking photos. I often take photos in the afternoon when the sun ain’t that strong. Early in the morning is good to but I don’t like early mornings ;-) .

    Well my offer to guide you around is still there, but I think it’s getting to cold for a bicycle tour now. Maybe I should start working as a tourist guide, this Moblog feels more and more as a tourist thing ;-) .
